Fundraising

Spencil slip on school book covers are a great school fundraising idea.

Made of non- toxic PVC , in exercise, A4 and scrapbook size, they will take the hassle out of back to school preparation.

Just think - no more hours of cursing at rolls of sticky book covering - kids can cover their own books in their design choice - in a couple of minutes.

With over 50 fabulous designs, aimed at prep through to grade 8, there will be a cover to suit everyone.

So how does the Spencil bookcover fundraiser work?

As school book lists aren't released in many schools until the end of term 4, it can be very stressful trying to run a traditional school fundraiser, where parents order and bookcovers are sent to the school - all within a week or two!

For back to school 2013, Spencil has come up with a new plan that takes away all the stress, involves very little work and still results in a successful fundraiser for your school ( that's the kind of plan we like too!)

On this page, you will see a downloadable flyer, promoting the book covers to school parents.

Simply download the flyer and promote through the school in whichever way best suits you - weekly newsletter, printed flyer to go home to each family, email campaign, linked to your school website, pin it up on your school bulletin board - even read it out at assembly!

The main message is to make sure that all school parents buy SPENCIL book covers to cover their children's books. Parents can find Spencil at their local newsagent, and if a newsagent is not close to home, they can always order online at www.spencil.com.au

Each book cover bought from 1 October 2012 to 28 February 2013 will have a sticker on the inside flap. This sticker explains to parents how they participate in their school’s fundraiser, and will include the SPENCIL BOOK COVER REDEMPTION CODE.

Parents then log onto www.spencil.com.au, go to 'Spencil fundraisers' and click on the button that says 'enter your book cover redemption code here'. All parents need to do is put in their bookcover redemption code and the name of their school.

10cents from every bookcover your parents buy will be allocated to your school – and will be paid out in the first week of March 2013.
